任职要求：
1、电子、制造、工程、产品工程、通信等相关专业本科学历，良好的英文能力；
2、熟悉制造通用产品流程，新产品导入流程；熟悉产品及产线异常处理，不良品分析；
3、有新产品导入、技术转移或项目管理经验，能独立完成导入及技术转移工作（计划、执行、监控等）；

JOB SPECIFICATION – Project Engineers   
Overall Purpose of Role:  
The Project Engineer will work closely within the Design Office and Purchasing teams to liaise with suppliers and contractors to introduce new products into production and to oversee the effective and correct manufacture of all products. The position will require close and regular contact with DLP suppliers in China and frequent technical contact with DLP design and purchasing staff. 

Nature of Role: 
•Supervision of product manufacturing and new product introduction;
•Manufacturing process reviews with manufacturer to ensure quality of product;
•Detailed design-for-manufacture assessment of new products;
•Product Cost Reduction
•Work under own initiative;

Principle Responsibilities: 
•China local manufacturer primary liaison and company contact point;
•Quality control and inspection procedure project creation, management and monitoring;
•Value Engineering/Value Analysis to reduce product costs

Shared Responsibilities: ： 
•Development of processes and procedures to support business growth;
•Develop processes and procedures ensuring ISO9001 compliance;

Additional Duties: 
•Assist purchasing department with order expedition as required.

Working Relationships: 
•With DLP staff to establish policing methods for manufacturing quality control;
•With members of Design Office to transfer products into manufacturing;
•With Purchasing department staff to provide production hand-over and lead-in information;

Deliverables/ Performance Targets: 
•Zero product defects on goods shipped out of China;
•Identification of additional cost saving possibilities;
